A relocation agent is the best way to find rental houses in India. They specialize in this, and
spend all day searching for housing vacancies. They know the area well, have connections
with landlords, and understand what you need from your living space. Plus, they are
professionals – so you don’t have to worry about them meeting up with someone who wants
to scam them!
What are their benefits
Brokers are usually freelancers who use their network of contacts to help find a place for
you. They may be able to negotiate a better price if they’re already familiar with the market,
and they may know about off-market properties that aren’t advertised on the internet.
Relocation agencies may have access to more properties in certain parts of town, but they’ll
