You can click on Lost your password in the Register Section, then kindly enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
In which cities is Pick Right Stay operational?
Pick Right Stay is currently operational in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Manesar and Neemrana. Alongside, we are continuously working on expanding to other cities.

How Can I list my property?
1. Log in to https://www.pickrightstay.com to post your property listing
2. Choose the “PARTNER” profile only in the drop-down menu, if you own or are legally authorized to rent the property
3. Then Enter First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, Phone number and then click on I agree with your terms & conditions. Click on Register
4. Then you must receive Auto generated password on your email
5. Please login to your profile and update
What happens once I list the property?
We will check your property, verify all the details and activate the listing. Thereafter, it will be live on our website. You will be notified by an email.
Is there any listing fee associated with the platform?
No, Pick Right Stay does not charge any listing fee
Do property Owners/Partners have to pay a service fee after property get shortlisted?
As a promotional offer, currently, we do not charge any fee
TENANTS
How can I visit a property?
We are happy to do a live video call from the apartment handled by our team, or schedule an in person visit for you
How do I choose an apartment?
You can choose from a wide range of apartment options available on our website and when you have shortlisted a desired apartment on our platform, you can choose to pay a booking amount and hold the property. You will receive a digital agreement with all the details. Our team will assist you during the process.
Do tenants have to pay any brokerage/ Fee?
No, we don’t charge any brokerage/Fee.
What is the typical length of lease?
Usually, it is minimum 11 months agreement, however, the duration of stay can be changed depending upon the requirement.
When do I have to give the notice to vacate?
We expect minimum 30 days advance written notice.
What are the accepted modes of payment?
We accept online payments like credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet and bank transfer.
What is the policy of security deposit?
Security deposit varies from property to property. It will be paid in the beginning of agreement and shall be refunded at the end of agreement.
Who is responsible for the utilities or maintenance bill?
