Pick Right Stay ensures customer satisfaction. As per this, we make sure that if you are displeased with our services, we will refund back the money to you. This action would take place if the reasons provided by you are genuine and hence proved after the investigation. For this make sure to read the terms and conditions of our services or products in detail before making a purchase.

In case our services seem dissatisfactory, then the clients have the full right to cancel their projects and can request a refund from us. Find our policy for refunds and cancellation below: The document mentioned below is an electronic record in terms of the Information technology Act 2000. Any physical or digital signatures are not required as it is an electronic record that is generated by a computer system.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note: A 30 days prior cancellation notice is required. Notice will start from the date of written information sent to us. The refund of the booking amount will be processed if it is cancelled 10 days before the starting date of the contract and/or there is no change made in the apartment for the user.

Depending on the circumstances the mode of refund may vary. If the customer has made a payment through a Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund will take up to 14 working days to appear in your account. We regret this time frame inconvenience, as we do not have any control over policies of refund put up by the banks. Therefore, if the user has made payment through an e-wallet, then the credit should show in your account within a span of 7 days.
